It was a bit busy Saturday morning, but the service staff was very efficient in getting vehicles inprocessed. Steve was very friendly and professional. I am usually pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and service I receive at Freeman and plan to continue to do business with the dealership. - Only shortcoming wasn't on Steve's part, but the service tech forgot to reset my service reminder in the dash, so I will have to make another trip to the dealership to have it reset.
