Steve was the one who answered my call when I was inquiring about my car battery problem. My car battery had just died and I was trying to see if I could walk in at 530pm on Friday but I saw that ser inquiring about my car battery problem. My car battery had just died and I was trying to see if I could walk in at 530pm on Friday but I saw that service closes at 6pm so I was okay with having to come in on Monday since Saturday was fully booked online. Steve tried to see what he could do and squeezed me in for Saturday even though all appointments online were taken. I think he squeezed me in during his lunch. I'm grateful he was able to find a time for me to come in quicker on Saturday rather than wait until Monday since I would have had to been late to work that day. Everything was fixed after my appointment and I'm glad that Steve was able to find an alternative for me and didn't just tell me no. It saved me a lot of headache.
