This was a new car purchase and I didn't talk to the Service team. Sales (Tommy Chau) and Finance (Brandon Nabors) were both great though. I bought a Yaris from Freeman maybe 10 years ago and was an equ Service team. Sales (Tommy Chau) and Finance (Brandon Nabors) were both great though. I bought a Yaris from Freeman maybe 10 years ago and was an equally great experience (this coming from a customer who truly dreads engaging with car dealerships as a general rule). I might never deal with anyone else but Freeman going forward. Thanks to you all ... including the Service department I'm sure will be equally impressive when service time comes.
