This is the first time I have had a bad service experience with Freeman Toyota! I had an 9:05am appointment and I arrived around 8:40am. I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna van. I only needed a check unde experience with Freeman Toyota! I had an 9:05am appointment and I arrived around 8:40am. I have a 2011 Toyota Sienna van. I only needed a check under my hood, tires and brakes checked. I waited 3 hours. I went an inquired around 11am when my vehicle would be ready and I was told by Steve Currry that my service was being delayed because of the age of my vehicle and there was no one to service. I then told him that I had an 11:30am appointment and I already late and I needed to leave the dealership at 11:30. He then told me that he would check to see the status of my van. In less than 20 minutes, I was told that my van was ready. He did apologize for the wait, but I didn't respond at all. More
I had my oil changed and the multipoint inspection. I told Malorie Williams to not rotate my tires because I had Costco do this recently. My brakes were supposed to be checked as part of the multipoint inspection. Because I didn't want my tires rotated, they did not pull the wheels to check the brakes. The dealership should have removed the wheels, inspected the brakes, and then put the tires back on without rotating them. I don't know if this is the fault of Malorie Williams for not informing me they don't inspect the brakes if the tires aren't rotated or if it's the fault of the dealer for not doing this. Other than this, Malorie took care of getting me checked in and addressed my concerns that I told her about. More
