Usually this is a 5 star experience. Not sure what happened. There was a 3 hour wait for my truck to get an oil change and alignment. The entire lobby and bathroom area was covered in crickets. One climbed over my toes while I was wearing sandals. Eww! I was told my truck was done after I went and flagged down the service manager in his office after 3 hours. I waited after I paid for 15 minutes outside for my truck to be pulled around. Appreciated the car wash. That was nice. And I appreciate that all service advisors treat women with respect and kindness. My alignment still is not fixed and I have to take it back this week. My drive out there is 40 minutes. Very frustration to have to drive back. I lost my receipt and no one from the cashier's desk or service center would pick up the phone to help me. The receptionist finally put me to voicemail to avoid me calling every 5 minutes. I did the chat feature on the Toyota webpage and was able to get someone to contact the manager to get me a receipt. Yay! Was Hoping for a better experience this week. Fingers crossed. More
