Freeman Toyota systems are inaccurate. After making and keeping an appointment for an oil change I received a text message and at least 2 email messages saying I missed their appointment After making and keeping an appointment for an oil change I received a text message and at least 2 email messages saying I missed their appointment - annoying and incorrect messages. All this after arriving at 9:00 am and told I couldn't be serviced that day due to a lack of technicians and no appointment. After going back home an making an appointment for 11:00 I was able to be serviced. This Dealership has really gone downhill. More

I was hoping to purchase a new 2022 Camry Se from George Neel at Freeman Toyota of Hurst Tx but the dealership will not budge on some DEALER installed options... One was the propac plus wiitch has pin strip Neel at Freeman Toyota of Hurst Tx but the dealership will not budge on some DEALER installed options... One was the propac plus wiitch has pin stripping ,nitrogen filled tires .. etc.....$1600.00 .. the manager WILL not come off that price. There are other things that the dealer has on cost of vehicle that they will not negotiate on.... I dont think I'm going to waste my time anymore with them. I never have had a good outcome with the freeman group anyways More
