My daughter and I were sitting a restaurant in Lewisville, Tx after having a disappointing experience with the Toyota dealership there. We intended on purchasing the vehicle we found online but found ourselves searching for another vehicle. We found a Toyota Corolla at Freeman Toyota in Hurst and spoke to Mark Smith. My first question was "is the advertised online price the price i will pay at the dealership"? I went on to explain the the poor experience we just went through. Mark told me that he wanted to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot and verify the out the door price. On faith, we started driving that way where Mark called back and stated the vehicle was on site and told me the out the door price. I was a little startled at the fact that the price he quoted us was a little less that what was online. Long story short, Mark was transparent educating us about the vehicle history.....just fantastic throughout the process. I understand the used car market and that they are at a premium but we were treated great. Great learning experience for my daughter as to how she should expect to be treated especially spending several thousand dollars. More

Van in for service, and it took more than a week waiting for part and waiting 2 days while Mr. Curry was off so he could come back to make sure it was fixed. So on June 29 at about 8:45 am I got a call fro for part and waiting 2 days while Mr. Curry was off so he could come back to make sure it was fixed. So on June 29 at about 8:45 am I got a call from Mr. Curry that my van was ready. I did not go to the dealer until 11:00am. So after paying my almost $2,000.00 I go to start up my van and it makes a loud noise. I immediately go to Mr. Curry, and he wants me to go inside while they check it out. Well I was on my way to a luncheon and had to get another ride. When I returned Mr. Curry said tech had hosed off under hood. So they made sure everything was tightened up and good to go. Why was my van not ready when they said it was ready and especially since it was 2 hours before my picking it up? Furthermore, the least they could do after paying all that money they could have least washed my van. More
