This was the first time I went in for an oil change where in the beginning they now try and upsell you while you are still in your car. While my car was being serviced “Cory” the manager came over to me in t in the beginning they now try and upsell you while you are still in your car. While my car was being serviced “Cory” the manager came over to me in the waiting area saying he was drawn to me and it was time to replace my truck. No thanks, my truck is paid off and I’ll drive it until the wheels fall off. I just want my truck serviced for what I came in for. Then I was texted a video from the mechanic of a visual inspection of yellow and red identified needs of my truck. I have never had to deal with sales tactics like this at Freeman previously. I don’t know that I want to keep going to this place. Why was I the one the manager was drawn to? It felt predatory. I want to be respected as a customer and just have my truck serviced for what I came in for. What’s with the pushiness? This is not how you keep customers. I’ve never given a score this low before. Do better. More
