Service was good. Too many appointments at once. Frustrating to have a scheduled appointment and have to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to check you in. Also, Too many appointments at once. For once in my life I had a great experience at a dealership. Tommy Chau was patient and knowledgeable about every aspect of my car buying experience. Generally been very pleased with the quality of service at this location. Only thing I wasn't please about was the speed, where I made an appointment to get the 1st service done on the car, which amounted at this location. Only thing I wasn't please about was the speed, where I made an appointment to get the 1st service done on the car, which amounted to, making a guess here, them putting it on the the lift to ensure nothing had gotten loose? First service is normally oil change and other such things. Since I hadn't even crossed 3000 miles in 6 months, hadn't been done, ended up waiting better part of 3 hours all the same, for what should have been an otherwise quick inspection. Seems like they are over booking their service team? or perhaps understaffed with technicians? I understood when I brought my car in for diagnostic work that it was not a quick visit. Since I live further than their shuttle range, going home wasn't much of an option, so when I return for my next 6 month visit, I will be waiting again. More
