Service rep was courteous, however everything else is not. Parts dept quoted me a license plate holder for $90 while it can be bought elsewhere online for $30. They tried to up sale me the in-cabin air f not. Parts dept quoted me a license plate holder for $90 while it can be bought elsewhere online for $30. They tried to up sale me the in-cabin air filter and wheel alignment package for extortion amount of money, when my car is still new. Icing on the cake is, when I inquiry about getting a new RAV4 while I awaits for service, they quoted me +$10,000 over MSRP and sales rep bragged about another customer didn't sweat over $20,000 MSRP. Excuse me, you are wasting my time and I can smell RIP-OFF from a mile away, no thanks. More

Service was ok. They took much longer than I was originally told. Much of the services done were not covered under my maintenance agreement....sadly, so I was out al They took much longer than I was originally told. The work was fairly easy to schedule, but no one in the service department seems to look up whether I have the service agreement and I have to remind them every time I'm in. My truck USED to get run through the carwash at the dealer when I came in for service work....I guess they don't do that anymore. More
