I had my Camry Toyota scheduled for service on March 4, 2022. I was greeted and attended to right away by Carlos Cardoza. He showed me what needed to be done and explained each item to me. It was not a long wait, unlike another dealership that I’ve frequented in the past. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service rendered. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next service. The worse service ever. The so called “director” of service and parts is a pathetic person. He does not have a clue of the essence of good business: keep customers. my car keys were stolen so went to Toyota to get a new ones first they said will be over 100 dollars but I have to tow mi car to the dealer, so I took it next day but was another guy that was there his na ones first they said will be over 100 dollars but I have to tow mi car to the dealer, so I took it next day but was another guy that was there his name art olvera he said that was a different price almost 500 hundred dollars I still was going to pay for , but then after awhile he call me and said that they cant reset the computer that I have to buy a new computer so they can make the keys and the new price 1500.00 dollar I just coundnt belive it 1500.00 for a pair of keys , I towed my car home I wasn't going to pay that for a pair of keys . I am driving my car now without paying that stupid amout of money so be careful in Toyota of Gilroy More

Took truck in to find out why check engine light came on and obd couldnt be scanned.They said it was a loose hose clamp and charged me $110.00.Now any scanner can read the obd and they said they didnt do an and obd couldnt be scanned.They said it was a loose hose clamp and charged me $110.00.Now any scanner can read the obd and they said they didnt do anything else but tighten the hose clamp.Sounds like someone is not telling the truth.
