Walked in was greeted by the hunky service reps at front desk. Asked us if we wanted any coffee or water, informed us where the restrooms are. Felt at home starting with the front desk. Tan took over from t desk. Asked us if we wanted any coffee or water, informed us where the restrooms are. Felt at home starting with the front desk. Tan took over from there and he was very pleasant and professional. Ended up we didn't purchase the vechile that day. We called back a couple days later and set up another appointment. Arrived at front desk to be greeted by the same body builder guy who remembered us. Met with Tan and started the process to purchased the Highlander Limited. The entire experience was very easy with a top notch professional team at Fremont Toyota. More
