I specifically ask for car wash after maintenance to service manager at the beginning and he said he will do it. When i pick up, it was not done and i have to wait another 20 minutes to complete it. Adrian Cruz was excellent. I did have to request a car wash which I thought might be included. He took it upon himself to get my car washed. The lady at the front desk in the parts area, told me to go into the dealership area which was perfect, I did have to call multiple times to get my service appointment. Even after leaving messages, no one called back. Once, I was connected to another customer! Perhaps due to holidays, it may have been due to short staffing, but not responding to a customer is not good. Perhaps some retraining is needed. More
