Hard to trust someone when they’ve shown you otherwise. Nick is very nice and has shown to be helpful, but he's not the one doing the maintenance service on my vehicle. I believe they are just getting through the services quickly without actually taking their time to do it right. I found a rat in my highlander engine filter and that was after my maintenance service was done. I think they just didn’t do a thorough job on that, as well as I brought in my 2001 Avalon vehicle and I paid for a full diagnostic that was not done properly. They are making it really hard for me to trust them fully. I still have a dead rat smell in my vents due to that rat. Even though I have tried everything to remove the smell. I just wish I could speak to someone about my concerns, without having to get charged for service that I have already paid for but didn't get proper results. A refund would be nice for the diagnosis on my Avalon vehicle. As well as a deep cleaning/ Disinfectant to my A/C vents to remove dead rat smell on my Highlander vehicle which I get serviced every 5,000 miles. More
