My appointment was at 10:30 AM. I got there a few minutes early and was told to wait in my car and at 10:45 I was helped. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. This is unacceptable. Either you need more technicians to work on the cars or more people to bring the cars to the technicians either way this needs addressing immediately. You’re waiting room continues to be quiet and clean and the service representative was nice More
