I was waiting for 4 hours and after that they told me that my car key was lost. So I had to make another appointment and come back again. So I scheduled another appointment, paid $700+ for the servicing, that my car key was lost. So I had to make another appointment and come back again. So I scheduled another appointment, paid $700+ for the servicing, but they didn't even top up the coolant. It's below minimum level. Really bad experience. Thanks to the service desk representative Yvonne Atalig, she at least offered a free lift ride to home, car key and waived off $250. More
