Raffi made the whole purchase experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable all the way through the transaction. My initial contact on the phone was Nadeem. He was so frie He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable all the way through the transaction. My initial contact on the phone was Nadeem. He was so friendly and helpful on the phone, that we made the drive over from Santa Cruz to see if we could find a car. On the following Saturday (after our purchase on Wednesday) I had to come in to purchase a second key fob and programming, and Phil in service made me feel like I was dealing with a buddy, rather than just a service writer. And Fawad in finance made the transaction easy and explained everything really well. All in all, a VERY enjoyable experience. More
