I had several issues with my recent service appointment at Fremont Toyota. - I had a 10:30 am appointment and dropped off the vehicle on time. However, it wasn’t ready for pickup until 3:30 pm, despite at Fremont Toyota. - I had a 10:30 am appointment and dropped off the vehicle on time. However, it wasn’t ready for pickup until 3:30 pm, despite being a 5000-mile service with no oil changes. - The service advisor asked if the car needed to be washed, and I agreed. But it was dirty and unwashed when I picked it up. - When I came to pick up the car, it was nowhere to be found. After a 20-minute search, another employee found it in the back lot. - The employees told me the car was in the back because they thought service had been canceled. I’m not sure if any service was actually done. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. And it was made worse by getting zero communication from the service department during this entire ordeal. More

Mentioning my minor auto issue, Mr. Philip Stravers quickly analyzed the problem, within minutes in his Office and his estimated completion time was accurate. He and his technician did an Outstanding Job, as always. What I really appreciate is their proactive approach in determining potential problems. This entails immediate correction or “it can wait until the next visit.” This is my 5 th visit to Fremont Toyota and everyone always portrays True Professionalism, Technical Expertise, and Profound Courtesy for their Customers.
