I was really impressed with the last service. We met the advisor right away. No waiting. The service was done well. We asked to oil the sliding door in addition to 5k service. Brought my vehicles in for service, Ervin was great to work with, friendly, helpful and quick. The vehicle check in process goes a lot faster these days than it used to, previously that was a major frust work with, friendly, helpful and quick. The vehicle check in process goes a lot faster these days than it used to, previously that was a major frustration for me. Ervin said they take fewer appointments to allow for more walk-ins and less waiting for those with appointments. Also booking the appointment online was easy and fast. More
