We had a bad experience today. After watching Irene Cabana's commercial on TV, my husband and I decided to give her a visit, as we were in the market to purchase a brand new car for my granddaughter. Instead of being welcoming and accommodating, we were snubbed by her. Once we arrived, she looked at my husband and I up and down, then proceeded to look at my hands, and said, "Let's not waste my time, what are you looking for?" We didn't receive any friendly greeting whatsoever. We felt a sense of rudeness with attitude and judgement. For the last 20 years, we've been purchasing brand new cars every other year for my children and grandchildren, and this is the first time we've encountered bad customer service. With that said, we were very disappointed, as we anticipated leaving the lot with a brand new car today. After our experience, we don't plan to come back, and we recommend that our family and friends NOT seek service from her for their car purchasing needs. More
