I had previously been to two different Toyota dealerships for service and was very unhappy each time. I decided to give Fremont Toyota a try. John was my service advisor and honestly, if it wasn’t for him for service and was very unhappy each time. I decided to give Fremont Toyota a try. John was my service advisor and honestly, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be writing a positive review. I was here three days in a row. First day inspection for a faulty part on my almost new car. Second day was for the repair in which they disclosed they had been delivered the wrong part. I had to leave my car (which I was not happy about). I was worried about being stranded as I live across the bay. John made it happen and got me a car to get home and return the following day. The issue was repaired, my car was clean, and it was ready to go by 10am. There were so many small inconveniences in this process but the service was amazing. That’s the point. Things arise. Mistakes happen, and not everything works in our favor. It’s about the response and effort people take to make that easier for you as the customer. John did that for me. Thanks so much to the team at Fremont Toyota. More
