Without a doubt, Fremont Toyota has had the finest Customer Service and Support that I have ever seen. It is not even close comparing them to the # 2 Customer. It was extremely easy to schedule the appointment. Mentioning my minor auto issue, Mr. Philip Stravers quickly analyzed the problem, within minutes in his Office and his estimated completion time was accurate. He and his technician did an Outstanding Job, as always. What I really appreciate is their proactive approach in determining potential problems. This entails immediate correction or “it can wait until the next visit.” This is my 5 th visit to Fremont Toyota and everyone always portrays True Professionalism, Technical Expertise, and Profound Courtesy for their Customers.
