I had a very bad service experience. For oil change, even with an appointment took 4 hours. My appointment for oil change was at 9:45 AM. I was told that it would take 2 hours. I decided For oil change, even with an appointment took 4 hours. My appointment for oil change was at 9:45 AM. I was told that it would take 2 hours. I decided to wait at the customers' lounge. I did not expect to wait for 4 hours.My car was ready for pick up at 2 PM. I was getting anxious knowing that I needed to eat lunch for I am diabetic. I did not bring food to eat for lunch. I was asked if I wanted a car wash with the oil change. I agreed but my car was not washed. What is the point of having an appointment? What is the point of offering a car wash? More
