My experience could of been better. I purchased my Tacoma on 10/09/20 and pet of the deal was to get the running boards installed. I was told that I would get a phone call to schedule the installation. A week went by and I didn’t get a call. I called the dealership and was told to get a hold of Cecilia McKinley. I left several voicemails with my phone number and did not get a response. I had to call another department a week later and the receptionist had to tell her to check her voicemail. I finally got a call back to drop of the truck for the installation. The phone conversation had attitude on the other end. When I got to the dealership McKinley didn’t apologize for not responding. I still felt that I received some attitude from her in person. My experience could of been a lot better. More

Service Manager was not working with other customer but had me waiting in the car so long until I asked the technician when he will come out. Then he came out right away but attitude was bad. Including the added accessories to the monthly payment and not discussing with the consumer is a con. I wasn’t provided verbal confirmation that I agree to the additions. To have to leave it upon the cons and not discussing with the consumer is a con. I wasn’t provided verbal confirmation that I agree to the additions. To have to leave it upon the consumer to ask the cost without the accessories is terrible service. I went back to the store to speak to the finance person and for lack of better words he basically Insinuated oh well you should’ve asked. He didn’t do a final review of all the additional costs upon signing the contract. This is terrible financial services, especially given the fact that I informed the sales person I wanted to try to have a monthly payment less than $800. In fact I would’ve been well under that without all the accessories that were automatically added. I have never experienced such a moment where I was taken advantage of. I will never recommend this dealership, I’m disappointed. More
