I checked in 11am and I kept calling to check when the car was ready. I had to find service person to pay bill the car was waiting and ready and it was 2 pm by that time. The seats are broken and uncomfortable if you wait that long and the bathroom needs cleaning. Too long wait and no follow up I had to find someone to pay bill.
