We e-mailed back and forth and spoke on the phone a few times to settle on a vehicle and price. Went in on Saturday (avoid this day if possible, it's very busy) and bought the vehicle. From first e-mail to driving away with our new car was pleasant experience. More

Poor service from the start. Worst customer service ever. Isaias tells me we’ll get a text when my Rav4 is done. Fine. We’re interested in buying a Tacoma or a Tundra so it’s the Worst customer service ever. Isaias tells me we’ll get a text when my Rav4 is done. Fine. We’re interested in buying a Tacoma or a Tundra so it’s the perfect time to kill time. Fahim approaches us. Shows us a Tacoma then gives us a business card and says, “Don’t call me until you’re actually going to buy a vehicle. Don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.” WHAT?! What kind of “salesman” says that? I asked to see a Tundra, and he did not want to show us because we were “wasting his time”. Fine. By this time, 1 hour went by. 40 minutes go by. No text... Toyota Care service doesn’t take this long. So I walk to Isaias office, and I see my Rav4 parked outside. He says, “OH, Rav4, right?” Really dude... It seems as it’s been sitting there for a LONG time. So he says someone will bring it to me... I wait and another guy approached me (didn’t get his name) with the WRONG keys. It’s ridiculous. No sorry, no nothing. More
Second Visit Was the Charm I initially visited in August because Fremont Toyota had the color 2020 Prius Prime I was interested in but after 3 pricing iterations with the salesm I initially visited in August because Fremont Toyota had the color 2020 Prius Prime I was interested in but after 3 pricing iterations with the salesman/mgr I didn't get near the pricing I thought was reasonable so I left. I was told I wasn't being reasonable and the dealer would lose money. I was in no hurry and was resigned to wait until the end of the 2020 model year. However, a month later, I saw online pricing that was close to what I was asking for. I almost didn't return to Fremont Toyota because no one ever followed up on the better pricing and I was concerned it was a bait and switch. Fortunately my wife and I met Julie Chang who bent over backwards to help me get the car I was interested in. She ensured she answered all my questions and organized the purchase. Also Hugo Alcantar was super informative and efficient with all the purchase paperwork and payment options. Both Julie and Hugo were extremely personable and a pleasure to do business with. More
