Service Dept. is below poor I made a service appointment for an oil change and brought the vehicle to the service department on Friday May 3rd at 9:00AM. I was informed it would I made a service appointment for an oil change and brought the vehicle to the service department on Friday May 3rd at 9:00AM. I was informed it would be around 2 hours even though I had an appointment which I feel is an excessive amount of time. It ended up taking about 1 hour 45 minutes to complete "the service" after leaving the dealership I discovered they did almost nothing including not changing the oil. Nothing was mentioned to me when I picked up the car. I called the dealership when I actually looked at my paperwork and noticed they did almost nothing in the 1 hour and 45 minutes they had the car. The dealership "claimed" an oil change was not needed right now. I only go to this Toyota Service dept because it is close to my home, this is not the first issue I had with this dealership. More

dealerships, who needs them first I was lied to by the per who sold me the 5 year service policy. I was not advised that Toyota already gives a 2 year warranty, free, with the p first I was lied to by the per who sold me the 5 year service policy. I was not advised that Toyota already gives a 2 year warranty, free, with the purchase of a new car. So I paid $1500 for something that Toyota already gives me for free. So, I paid for a 3 year service policy and not a 5 year policy, as I was advised. Scam, just like a car dealership. The appointment: Since I have never been to Toyota service before, I drove to the appointment as scheduled, but there was not one sign that indicated what I was to do. I did not see 1 sign that indicated where I was to go to advise that I was there for my scheduled appt. I finally, asked a person in the parts center. Next, I was advised that it would take about a 1 hour. It was 3 hours. I realize that it was a Saturday, but don't misrepresent and state up front that it will be 1 hour. The person I dealt with was not new to the job, and should know what the real average wait time would be. But again, this is a dealership, and again, no one cares, they just want the money. More

Great Character Individuals Nick and Jason I purchased my 2019 Toyota C-HR from Fremont Toyota as a first-time buyer - which I was reminded of several times by another dealer. I had a much bet I purchased my 2019 Toyota C-HR from Fremont Toyota as a first-time buyer - which I was reminded of several times by another dealer. I had a much better general experience at Fremont Toyota. My sales guy, Nick, came across as extremely genuine and authentic. In an industry like car sales - where the expectation is almost slime and dishonesty - it was absolutely refreshing to be met by someone as sincere as Nick. I had a very similar experience with my finance guy, Jason, as well. He was very honest, absolutely did not try to hide any fees from me, and before I signed on any dotted lines, he was sure to explain to me - truthfully and wholly - what it was that I was signing. I was able to verify this by reading the sections he explained to me. There was not a lot of run-around. At no point did I feel pressured to buy something that I did not want. I walked in there, knowing what I wanted. I walked out of there, keys to my first brand new vehicle in my hands, and a genuine sense of satisfaction. I have no regrets from buying my vehicle from Fremont Toyota. **As a tip to other new car buyers - make sure you know what you want. And make sure you get a good understanding of what the vehicle you want generally sells for, all perks that could apply to your vehicle, etc. Be a knowledgable first-time buyer. And if you have friends and relatives that have bought a car before and know how the process goes, feel free to include them. KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW, and let the experts you DO know help you out :) More
