My 2018 Camry! I placed my order using a buying service via the internet to 4 dealers and the best price that came back was from Ken Costa of Fremont Toyota. No othe I placed my order using a buying service via the internet to 4 dealers and the best price that came back was from Ken Costa of Fremont Toyota. No other dealer would match the price with the options I requested. We met around 2pm on 12/6, test drove the car. Ken gave me information on each of the new safety options as my 2004 Camry didn't have all the new safety features. Before I drove off the lot, he went over a list of items and was very helpful on options. Ken was professional and easy to deal with. I am happy with my new car and the mileage is good. I read the manual and I wanted a feature that opens all of the windows with a click of a button. It's a nice feature when it is hot out. 12/14/2018 Ken directed me the service department and it was taken care of within 1 1/2 hours and for a cost. I do not see Zack on the list of names, so I'm leaving my review here. I gave the dealer 4 stars, as the finance guy named Zack did not return my call me after I left him two messages. The insurance company required the name of the bank that holds the title. Found the name of the fiance company 12/14/2018 when I had the feature added. I had approved financing though someone else but Toyota was able to get a bit lower interest rate, so I went with that. I left around 4pm to get a cashiers check and when I returned around 5 pm, Zack was gone and I was dealing with someone else. That threw me for a loop as he never mentioned that I would be dealing with someone else. I gave the check to the new guy and I was on my way. A simple phone call to let me know what finance company would have been the right thing to do. This was the only disappointment of my transaction. More

Raffi at Fremont Toyota I’ve been living out of state for the past theee years for school so things have been super hectic coming down to the end of my lease. Without really knowing what options I had, I felt forced to make a quick decision because I thought the signing of papers and whole ordeal of signing a new lease would take way too long for me with my extremely busy schedule. Out of the blue, Raffi gives me a call and shoots me an email. I always brush off calls since I’m often at work and can’t talk, but emails always get to me. He consistently followed up with my emails and made the whole process so smooth that when I was able to take 2 days off from school and work, he made it so my new lease signing was literally in and out the door in 2 hours. Super perfect for my schedule. He’s very thorough and delivers everything as promised. I pretty much emailed him what I wanted and my budget and that’s exactly what I got. Would recommend Raffi a thousand times over! Hope he is still there when this new lease expires! More

When giving the finance person my signed check for full payment of the car, he wanted me to sign another redundant document regarding payment. Upon my refusal to sign, he became curt and made remarks that I "refused to sign," and that he has a "system" to maintain. I didn't sign his redundant document and he filed the paperwork to complete the purchase. In regard to friendliness, the salesman is rated excellent. The finance person lowered the overall friendliness rating in the following optional section to average. More

Did not have a good experience at Capitol Toyota but was really happy with the service at Fremont Toyota. Mark Muth helped me out both times I got my service done. He is very courteous and professional and feels like a genuine and trustworthy guy. I told him my overhead cabin light wasn't working great (wouldn't switch on half the time). I had taken this problem to Capitol Toyota as well but they fiddled with it and said there was no problem with it and sent me packing. Mark listened to my problem and then got it checked out. Turns out the overhead cabin light was faulty (manufacturer's defect). I really appreciated that they took my problem seriously and ordered the parts to get it fixed. You can bet I will be recommending both Mark and Toyota Fremont to any of my friends who are in the market for a car. I also like that the staff always calls to confirm if everything went well with my visit. Even the girls who helped me make my appointments were super sweet and helpful even when I called early morning. More
