Deceiving clients I think I was given unreasonable price for the car that I purchased. I came to for them to see what actions they can do to make it correct. I was angry because I was charge higher than the selling price of the car. Which is so high plus the car that I bought was used and I discovered that is rental. The sellin price of the car was 20k then the financer gave me 45k. I even made a down payment of 3K in which I expect that my monthly will be lesser. But no, I wanted to return the car but they said I can’t. They try to lower the price in which Michael Pran said it was going to be 26k. Which I find more reasonable but when I read the contract again it looks like nothjng changes. It’s still alot . I’m still seeking advice from legal authoritiess tk review for the purchased that I made and hoping to finally get a right action for it. More

Hands down the most thorough and detailed "introduction" to my 2017 Toyota Prius. My first was in 2008 from a dealership that never explained how to start a hybrid. MarkCruz sat in the car with me for 40 minutes and set up my Bluetooth connections, my music, my navigation, updated the tech features using my phone, explained the safety features, and ALL the other bells and whistles. There was no pressure in his sales. He made sure we were happy with our purchase. He was totally legit. Not pushy or aggressive just chill and patient. Very helpful and professional... service not professional. 1. I changed my engine air filter and carbon filter at 30k miles. Today at 35k maintenance service, service manager Sara asked me to change both filte 1. It's only 5k miles, this normally should be changed at 30k miles. I asked another service manager who sits in the office next to Sara to recheck my filters, he did it and confirmed that my filters are in very good condition and do not need to be changed at all. 2. My appointment was at 8:15am, and Sara did not service me until 8:50am. What is the point of the appointment? I also noticed that there were several service managers did not have any customers to serve during the time I was waiting, can't these service managers serve me? When Sara finally worked with me, I complained about the long wait, Sara simply mentioned that she had customers, without any apologies. More
