The facility and staff are decent for the most part. However, the wait time for a simple oil change has become outrageous. I spent over 4 hrs waiting on 1/15/25. I used to be 2hrs and it has progressive However, the wait time for a simple oil change has become outrageous. I spent over 4 hrs waiting on 1/15/25. I used to be 2hrs and it has progressively gotten worse. When I inquired about the wait I was told, "it was worse during the holidays, 6 hr wait" as if I should be grateful?! What is the point of offering an appointment if they don't have the staff to support it More
