This is not a criticism of your service department or the service I got. It IS a criticism of the waiting area in your showroom, which I assume is the responsibility of general management Seating is extremel service I got. It IS a criticism of the waiting area in your showroom, which I assume is the responsibility of general management Seating is extremely uncomfortable, rickety and in at least one case potentially dangerous. The so-called background music in the showroom, KOIT FM, was loud, intrusive and interspersed with babbling disc jockeys. In my opinion, it was not the kind of atmosphere that shows your dealership to be the first-rate operation exemplified by your service department itself. Extremely pleased with the efficient service, especially the personal care delivered by Patrick O'Brien, but please fix that waiting area ! More
