Fremont Toyota - Service Center

Bought my vehicle in June. Issues with car came about in July and after leaving the car there for 7 days at the service department. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong Issues with car came about in July and after leaving the car there for 7 days at the service department. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it and it's normal for the vehicle to shake when it idle. So I still have the issue. They don't know what's wrong because there no "diagnostic code". I call this service as in experience technician who doesn't know how to trouble shoot mechanical problems. I'm pretty sure they didn't take anything apart to check. No one really wanted to help except to brush this off, like "this is normal for the car." So very disappointed in Toyota. This is my fourth toyota and this is the worst experience I ever had.
