They just care about selling cars!!! Not about the consumer. My husband and I were very excited to buy our 2016 Mazda 6. When we test drove the car the car had a light that was on. When I asked the manager he st My husband and I were very excited to buy our 2016 Mazda 6. When we test drove the car the car had a light that was on. When I asked the manager he stated it had to do with the seat belt. He said we could take it in to service on Monday so they could check. I asked him about three times if the car was safe to drive. And all three times he said yes. This all took place Saturday. We did get an awesome deal. Come to find out Monday we went in. They called me in later and said the car was ready. I had to miss work to be able to pick up my car. Turns out the car was unsafe to drive. The airbag was not working. They went ahead and rented a car for us to drive. Then today 7 days later my car is still not ok. They said they don't know when the part will be coming in. I feel like they don't care about their consumers. How dare they lie and let us drive off the lot and put our family in danger. When my husband called they offered him a full tank of gas like that would solve the issue. If they don't push back our car payment (for a car we haven't had) or lower the price and redo the paperwork, I think were going to get our down payment back and take our business elsewhere. If we would have known we would've waited and ordered one. More

We were so stressed about the car, but Jeremy was honest, sympathetic to the situation, and quick with our vehicle knowing that we needed it done right away.
