We were not haggled or followed by salesmen which was real nice. Saw a model we liked and asked Luke for prices. Was surprised to hear that our little hybrid travel trailer was in high demand used and we were thrilled after Luke talked to his manager to find out we would get quite a bit more than we owed on it, we figured we would be under water. So lets get a new RV. The financing piece only took minutes and by the time we got to the campground Saturday evening we were approved with a great interest rate. Luke pushed everything quickly as we requested and the new Jayco SLX will be delivered right to our campsite tomorrow. Luke gave us a great orientation to the camper in the evening so we could accommodate our work schedules and the paper signing was thorough and brief. Luke was wonderful as was Bryan with financing. We are very pleased and highly recommend Fretz. More

I had gone up looking at used travel trailers and once I was able to explain what I needed he found a brand new one exactly in my budget. At no time did I feel pressured to take anything less than what I wanted. He walked me through the entire process and made it effortless. He happily answered any questions I had and assisted me after purchasing the trailer with getting exactly what I needed to hit the road. The absolute most endearing part was when he called to make sure I made it home with no problems after leaving the dealership as I had not driven a travel trailer in a long time.
