Dear Beaman123, Recalling this incident I have noted that on your Car Fax reports there was an accident reported on one of the cars (which whoever repaired the accident did a terrible job). We also did auction reports to see what your values were selling for and they were nowhere near what you wanted. Three weeks earlier we were giving you a lot more for your trade-in which you should have taken. After the New Year the book value went down and luxury car values went up.
