3RD VEHICLE FROM MARK YEATTS AT FRIENDLY FORD THIS IS MY 3RD VEHCILE PURCHASED FROM MARK YEATTS AT FRIENDLY FORD. MY ENTIRE FAMILY BUYS THEIR VEHICLES FROM MARK YEATTS AS WELL. I CAN'T THINK THIS IS MY 3RD VEHCILE PURCHASED FROM MARK YEATTS AT FRIENDLY FORD. MY ENTIRE FAMILY BUYS THEIR VEHICLES FROM MARK YEATTS AS WELL. I CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE ENTIRE DEALERSHIP!!! WE WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK FOR OUR FUTURE NEEDS. More
UN FRIENDLY FORD I PURCHASED A FORD CERTIFIED F-150 VEHICLE WITH 27000 MILES. AT 40000 MILES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY PERSONAL MECHANIC OF 25 YEARS RAN TH I PURCHASED A FORD CERTIFIED F-150 VEHICLE WITH 27000 MILES. AT 40000 MILES THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY PERSONAL MECHANIC OF 25 YEARS RAN THE DIAGNOSTIC CHECK AND THE CODE THE CODE REVEALED THAT IT AN EMISSION CONTROL ISSUE. HE STATED THAT THE EMISSION SYSTEM, DUE TO THE LOW MILES, SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER FORDS WARRANTY. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE FRIENDLY SERVICE CENTER. IN GENEVA WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED 7 MONTHS AGO AND THE SO CALLED SERVICE TECH SAID THAT IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY. I SAID IT ONLY HAS 40000 MILES AND THAT AT LEAST PART OF THE COST TO REPAIR SHOULD BE COVERED. HIS "ADVICE" (EITHER HE DID NOT OR WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME) WAS, AND I QUOTE " YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW ONE LIKE I DO" I EXPLAINED THAT I AM RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME, AND UNLIKE HE, I DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE.. I THEN STATED I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH TOYOTA BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND HELP TO DEFRAY REPAIR COSTS. HE THEN ASKED ME WHY I WAS GIVING HIM A HARD TIME. I WAS MERELY EXPRESSING MY OPINION AND ASKING WHY THE MILEAGE ON A VEHICLE DOES NOT ENTER INTO THE WARRANTY PROCESS. HE THEN WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE MUTTERING TO HIMSELF. THE NEXT PERSON I SPOKE WITH CALLED HIMSELF THE SERVICE MANAGER, WHICH I CAN NOT VERIFY BECAUSE HE ALSO NEVER GAVE ME THE COURTESY OF AN INTRODUCTION, AND HE ASKED ME REPEATEDLY, IN A VERY SARCASTIC TONE, IF I HAD HEALTH INSURANCE, OR LIFE INSURANCE. WHEN I STATED YES, HE SAID "WELL THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY." I ASKED WHY WOULD I NEED IT WHEN THE PURCHASED VEHICLE HAD SUCH LOW MILES AND THAT THE SALESMAN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM AGREED. I NOW AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE "SERVICED" ON 9/5. I HAVE SINCE CANCELLED THIS APPOINTMENT IN WRITING ON THE FRIENDLY FORD CONTACT/FEEDBACK SITE. I CANCELLED BECAUSE I AM CONCERNED THAT DUE TO THE EXPERIENCE AND TREATMENT I RECEIVED ON 8/29/19 THAT EITHER MY VEHICLE WILL NOT BE PROPERLY REPAIRED OR SOME OTHER FORM OF REPRISAL, SUCH AS THE REPAIR BILL WOULD BE INFLATED. THE ABOVE INFORMATION HAS BEEN SENT, PERHAPS NOT EXACTLY WORD FOR WORD TO THE FRIENDLY SITE ALONG WITH PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL.......TO DATE,.I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED.. BUT THIS IS THE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM UN FRIENDLY FORD! I WILL BE PASSING MY EXPERIENCE ON TO THE MANY CUSTOMERS I HAD DURING MY 37 YEARS OF SELF EMPLOYMENT. More

Worth the Drive Three of my co-workers had bought trucks at Friendly Ford from salesman Mark Yeatts, and all had very good experiences. So I made an appointment and drove past two other Ford dealers to meet up with Mark, look over their inventory and ask questions. Mark met me at the door and after a coffee, short conversation and walk we were standing in front of the F150 that I exactly had in mind. Exactly. A test drive followed, and he offered to run the numbers on a lease to see my options. No pressure. Mark answered all my questions about the truck and all the details of the lease. He found available discounts/rebates and made a deal that was great for me. This is truck leasing the way it ought to be. I knew what I wanted and Mark made it happen. Knowing how Mark went out of his way to make things so easy for me means I will be back to deal again- More
Great Experience! I went to Friendly Ford just to ask questions about used trucks. Ryan sat me down and answered all my questions for me. We looked at a used F150 2015 I went to Friendly Ford just to ask questions about used trucks. Ryan sat me down and answered all my questions for me. We looked at a used F150 2015 with 43000 miles loaded and the color I liked. I look at the financing for it and thought I would be in a bad situation with the truck going on 4 yrs old and 5 yrs of payments. So Ryan suggested we look at new 2018 trucks. In the mean time everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make sure all questions were answered and if I needed anything. Ryan and the rest of the sales group didn't pressure me in the slightest to buy any vehicle. You tell them what you want, what color, and what options and they go to work for you. Ryan comes back to me and has brought not one but two trucks with the model, color, and options I been looking for. Needless to say I bought one of them. The truck was just what I wanted color, options, and pricing/financing. Came the following day to pick up the truck and forgot that Ryan was off that day. (We agreed to pick up on Wednesday and i was there on Tuesday) in my excitement I forgot what we agreed on. Anyways the dealership crew kick in and made it happen that day. A special thank you goes out to Mark Yeatts for coming to the rescue and for taking the time to show me how to use my new found gadgets and got me on my way! More

We agreed on one truck and it did not have everything I was looking for but I was going to settle and purchase the truck there. I had a box on the back of my truck so we agreed that I will take my truck home take the box of and I would be back in a couple days. Well couple days later Francis called me and told me that he found the perfect truck and already dealer traded for it. With out it cost me anything more than what we had already agreed on he went out of his way and got me the truck I wanted. Than after the sale he completely came through with all his promises and I do believe my wife will be purchasing her new Edge from Francis More
