Took my 2017 F150 in for transmission issues back on Oct 2023 and 51/2 weeks later they still have not looked at my truck!!?? Always has some lame excuse about why its taking so long. Not my problem! You 2 have blown a sale...well actually 2! I was going to trade my truck in for a 2023 F150 and my wife was going to trade in her 2016 Mustang 5.0 convertible for a loaded Explorer. Pulled a bait and switch with the truck being advertised not even being on site. Ford is facing a number of class action lawsuits because of this transmission. I was one of the hundreds of thousands of people Ford has defrauded with this transmission. I bought a 2020 Expedition from Friendly Ford in 2020 for $64,500. The state of my vehcle today is it has 55.500 miles on it and it is a death trap. I complained to Ford 5 times about the transmission. Problems started immediately. Ford has completed major repairs on the transmission 3 times and has never been able to fix it. I have 5 children and my wife will no longer drive the car with the kids in it. Some of the particular scary moments we have had in the car are when it hesitates and will not go into gear, imagine making a left turn in a busy intersection and you step on the gas and the car hesitates as oncoming traffic is coming at you. Recently was on the freeway and a semi did not see me and was coming over into my lane I floored it and the vehicle did not respond. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid the accident. Ford knows this transmission is bad yet Ford just attempts to make it as hard as possible to beat them in court. Avoid Fords at all costs do your research and buy from another company.. More

This feedback is for Paul Deems. I usually go to Ford Country (LV) or Bell Ford (AZ) and get exceptional service all the time, which is the reason I continue to be a Ford customer. I made an appointment at this location and was advised that the system for some reason could not schedule a pick up; however, I could drive the car there and they would drive me to another location and then pick me up. Paul then stated I needed a ride back if I wanted to leave since Ford couldn’t do it, so I stayed at the premises. The service was prompt, however, when I did not receive an inspection recap ( which I usually do at the other locations), I asked the cashier, and she printed the paperwork. The paperwork stated that the the inspection determined the engine air filter and the cabin needed to be replaced. It also said I "declined the recommended service". I never declined because I was never told. That's the reason I took the car to the dealership: to get serviced. I asked around to se if I could get it done and everyone redirected me to Paul. When I asked Paul, he stated I can get it done 'next time'. With 110+ degree weather I am not waiting until 'next time', I will have to take the car to another dealership to get the air filter and the cabin replaced. Unfortunately this was not a good experience. More than likely I will not return to this location. I did receive a 'survey' link from Paul, however, it says the car is waiting to be picked up and it won't allow me to take the survey. I hope this feedback helps management help other customers to not have to experience the same. I know Ford prides on superior service and this experience is not a reflection of Ford's values. More

This is my far the worst customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and dropped the car off. By 12 I called back and they had not even started the service so I went back to complain I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and dropped the car off. I talked to the jobs service supervisor and was told basically that's how we do things too bad so I asked to speak to the service manager. After being condescending and trying to compare her service department to a doctors office she accused me a being rude and making a mess in their lobby (I sat in a chair and nothing more) she then kicked me out of the dealership and refused to finish the work on the car which was just getting started at that point. They went as far to drive the car all the way to the gate of the dealership and made me walk to there. I have never been treated so unprofessional and rude! Avoid this service department at all costs. I will be going to the Ford company about this issue. More

I can't speak for their sales department, but my F350 had been in for repairs for almost 2 weeks now. It took a week to get the parts which I understand. I was called last Thursday at lunchtime and was told been in for repairs for almost 2 weeks now. It took a week to get the parts which I understand. I was called last Thursday at lunchtime and was told that all the parts were in and the repair was a 2 day job. Then I was told there was 1 vehicle ahead of mine, but they had finally started working on it on Friday afternoon. By Tuesday (this afternoon, and 2 work days beyond when they had supposedly started work on the truck) no one had called, so I started calling. None of the service managers called me back. Finally our "service agent" called me and told me they were about 50% finished. This is NOT GOOD service or customer relations. I still have not had anyone explain to me why this is taking so long. I was again promised it would be ready tomorrow, but I don't see that happening. More

Brought my 2020 mustang in for a works oil change. Tires were not rotated, tread depths reported at 7, but when I got home and measured them with a tread depth gauge, they are at a 9! Had an appointment for the 'service' scheduled for 10:30am. I dropped the car off at 10:15am, the car wasn't pulled into a bay until 11:45am! This vehicle has 2 open recalls and no one said anything! Would have scheduled an appointment to have them taken care of, but glad I didn't since your service department can't handle a simple oil change & tire rotation! More
