My overall experience at Friendly Ford of Las Vegas was terrible from start to finish. Starting off with the extremely terrible customer service, there was no following up/ getting back to me with any of m terrible from start to finish. Always friendly and great service! Joseph Christensen (in Sales) reached out to us to see if we wanted to trade in our current vehicle for a new one. Joseph was super patient, nice and accommodating by answering all questions we had via email before setting up an appointment to meet (which helped out a lot). We are super happy that Joseph reached out to us because we ended up leaving in a brand new car! Everyone from Joseph, to his Sales Manager Jason, Floor Manager Charles and Kim in Finance were super friendly, helpful and awesome!
