My worst relationship with a car dealership in my life. It started with Alex Martinez, the salesman, then compounded with the worst contract with Aram Amajian. They took advantage of my 84+ Years of age, with diabetes and neuropathy on both of my feet. It was not safe for me to drive. I totaled my just paid for 2016 Ford Mustang because I mistook the Brake pedal for the accelerator pedal. It was a miracle that my car stopped just short of a busy boulevard at midday. I test drive with the 2023 Ford Mustang Mache would have exposed my fantasy. The salesman said he offered me the test drive but my recollection says otherwise. Within 3 days of the purchase, I wanted the deal cancelled using the Goodwill option to rewind the deal. but was declined by the Vice President of Sales, and the General Manager. This caused me to file for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and lose my 2021 Ford Mustang trade-in and $3000 of credit card expense.. More
