I would NOT recommend buying a used car for them. 5 weeks after purchasing a used vehicle , the check engine light came on. Took it to a dealership closer to our home. There was a leak in the cool 5 weeks after purchasing a used vehicle , the check engine light came on. Took it to a dealership closer to our home. There was a leak in the coolant system. We were told that it looked like someone had probably known that there was a leak and just topped it off. We purchased a warranty which included a rental car when warranty work was being done. We continue to call Will( the salesman that sold us this car) He continues to say he will talk to his manager and call back. That never happens! We have tried to talk to the GM, sales manager, parts manager….. our calls go straight to voicemail. They refuse to call us back. 5 days now with no rental! This is just one of the many issues we have had with them. They forget to do the state inspection when we bought the car. Called us and didn’t mention that. Instead wanted us to come back over to the dealership to get a tank of gas and a wash . Finding out that they were just trying to not have to tell us that the inspection had not been done. This was about three weeks after we purchased the car. I can go on and on with other deceptive things they have done! I will never buy a car from them and will pass the word on to anyone that I know looking to purchase a vehicle! More

From the minute we scheduled an appointment, the entire staff was attentive and professional. We received a personalized video message from Jo welcoming us. The car we were interested in was already parked up front for us to test drive. We did our research before coming so we knew what the price. This was the only car that ticked all our boxes. It was such a smooth transaction. No haggling, no going back and forth. Once approved for financing, we met with Henry. He was quick and efficient, yet thorough. While handling all the paperwork, the car was getting detailed and delivered clean and shiny. All in, we were finished in less than 90 minutes. It was such a pleasant experience. Gorgeous building with a professional staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all! Cheers! More

Brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4Xe. Front axle assembly replacement at 2500 miles. Both front axles replaced again at 10k miles. Car still experiencing same issues.
