I drove in from Houston to purchase a Honda Pilot specifically from Codie because my experience with him from the beginning was valuable. I had been going between this dealership and a closer dealers specifically from Codie because my experience with him from the beginning was valuable. I had been going between this dealership and a closer dealership regarding the same vehicle. There were very specific requirements I needed to have met but ultimately chose this one year older Honda from Codie based solely off my interaction with him. From the beginning, he made me feel like my business with him was valuable and as a woman, I feel that is a great thing since most of the time I enter places like this, I'm treated as if I am uneducated. Secondly, he remained transparent with every step of the way, including pricing, negotiation and finally to signing the papers. I had expressed to him how far I would be traveling and he stayed in contact with me throughout my entire dealing with him. He was never pushy, disrespectful, difficult to work with to get where I needed to be and just truly made the experience so easy. I highly recommend this location for assistance with vehicle purchasing. We got there at 8:45pm, everyone there was exhausted and staying past their shifts to help customers get things done and into their vehicles. Kareem, in finance, was an absolute joy to work with also. He understood the trip we made, we also had a very tired toddler and even though he himself was tired, his attitude and interaction was so enjoyable.
