profound disappointment with my recent experience at Frisco CDJR. While my initial interaction with Anwar was positive, the subsequent management and finance process was unacceptable. After negotiating a price with Ali, I was told by another manager that the deal would not be honored while Ali was at lunch. Upon his return, the price was increased. Furthermore, it was later revealed that the negotiations had been based on the wrong vehicle entirely, leading to a second price hike. When I escalated this to the General Manager, there was no accountability for these internal errors. Additionally, despite meeting the credit criteria for the advertised 2.99% Stellantis rate, I was denied this rate to "offset profit margins." Using a customer’s financing to recoup a perceived loss on the vehicle price is an unethical conflation of two separate transactions. More
