The repair was completed satisfactorily but I really think the work order should actually state what the customer said. The work order said "Customer states squeaking noise coming from passenger side sl think the work order should actually state what the customer said. The work order said "Customer states squeaking noise coming from passenger side sliding door". That is not at all what I stated. His comment was that it was a general statement pointing to the general area of the problem. That really isn't true either and not helpful to a mechanic. Also, If I had to bring the car in a second time for the same problem the service record would not be correct and a different writer would think it was a different problem. Again, not at all correct. The paperwork needs to be correct. I will not likely take my car back to this dealer for other service because of this. More
