I can’t begin to say enough good things about this place and Mike especially. Had a lot of issues with places and had been bouncing back and forth to so many other places and mike saved me the headache and Mike especially. Worst phone system ever, no one answers and if you get an answer , it’s voicemail to a box thats full. It took me 6 tries to get someone and they were terrible. I have never seen such a lack of urgency in tr answer , it’s voicemail to a box thats full. It took me 6 tries to get someone and they were terrible. I have never seen such a lack of urgency in trying to take care of a customer. It started with them losing my wheel lock key , then replacing it with a stripped one . Then when I went back I was given one that didn’t fit. The 3rd trip I had to leave the car for the weekend because they had no lock key and the dealers own master set was lost. I get things happen but this whole experience started with incompetence and stayed that way. I will never come back More
