Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I had my truck there in April for the check engine light, and running hot. Spent over $600. Problem not resolved. Finally had a few days where I could be without it, so brought it back this week, for the and running hot. Spent over $600. Problem not resolved. I've had it home less than 24 hours and while the check engine light isn't on, it's still showing that it's running hot. Does anyone actually test this before they say "it's fixed and ready for pickup"? And how many times do I need to put money down the drain before it's fixed? If it can't be fixed, then just say so, rather than, "It'll work this time, just swipe your credit card right here first..." More

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle here and this is the second time is has taken over a Posted 2 weeks ago and no response from them! This is the second time I have taken my vehicle here and this is the second time is has taken over a month. Bought a warranty for my used Mazda CX - 9 and found out from them that they don't normally do any vehicles other than Chrysler, dodge or Ram. They were able to find the part after I was told by the dealership that service was denied. Now, here I am a month later and no one has said anything about my car. I have given them the benefit of a doubt this far but at least call and say something to the customer who is waiting. Customer service goes a long way and at this point, I don't care who repairs the vehicle as long as it is done correctly and I don't have to bring it back again. Whenever you try to reach out to the advisors, no one is ever available and that includes the management. If you can't fix it, just say so, so that it can go to someone who can (as long as I don't have to pay since I have a warranty)! Very confusing and frustrating! Today, I tried calling again and was told that the director and the service advisor would call me back. I was told that several times until I went up there. I took my vehicle to a Mazda dealer only to have them tell me that I needed that work that was already completed, done again!!! Oh, I almost forgot! The problems that I had to have repaired the first time was because per the manager, they were never checked before selling the vehicle and once the work was completed, they did not check the vehicle again to ensure that everything was working correctly! Which is why it is back again and they are supposed to be working with a warranty that may not cover everything as I was told.! Got a follow-up from a Director named Brad who basically told me that his person had called me and that I was now responsible for the rental and the charges for getting my vehicle repared. His person called 1 time and asked that I contact warrenty and when I did that, I never heard from them again. They are the BIGGEST rip-off department I have ever dealt with and once this is over, they will never have to worry about my shopping them ever again and I will spread the word about this quickly!! My xxxx engine light came back on and the car still does not drive properly!! Reached out to advisor Edwin 4 times since light came back on and the director Brad said he didn't care! More

I have used service over and over with disappointment in listening to issue. Wrong part replaced, parts not replaced that should have been, terrible time frame and lack of communication.
