Zero stars. Had vehicle towed in and was told connectors to the wire harness were broken and the entire wire harness would need to be replaced for almost $2100. I took it elsewhere and had it repaired for $ to the wire harness were broken and the entire wire harness would need to be replaced for almost $2100. I took it elsewhere and had it repaired for $143. I will never go back for service or purchase another Ford. I feel screwed every time I’ve been there. More

Quick, clean, and absolutely no headache. Jared was great. Helped with every step of the process. Of course the car I wanted to purchase needed some parts that had been ordered.
