Bought a car in June, they messed up the financing I had to sign the papers multiple times and ended up with multiple inquiries on credit report. They now they cannot figure out how to register the car in a to sign the papers multiple times and ended up with multiple inquiries on credit report. They now they cannot figure out how to register the car in another state. My temp tags keep running out. They keep claiming It to be COVID delay, but I have contacted State multiple times and they have no record of the paperwork. When I call I ended up talking to new people who claim they are trying to clean up the mess left by their predecessors. Overall, this dealership is a mess. More

Destiny was great to work with. The stayed exactly in the price range I was wanting and found the exact style vehicle I was wanting as well. I showed up one day around 3:40 pm as I checked and saw the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked the service department closed at 7 pm and was really surprised when I was told that a simple 30-40 minute job couldn’t get done as they were “booked up” eventually I got the oil change but at running risk of problems arising in the car. I think I’m going to just bite the bullet and do it myself from here on out. More
