Service drive is indoors, which is good for inclement weather. Expansive waiting room with strong wifi, work stations, passable pastries/muffins, and a Keurig coffee machine. Shuttle to take you home or nearby restaurants or shopping was not needed. Start to finish, my 8:00 AM appointment to have the airbag replaced was done by 8:44. I dreaded the results of the free "99 point inspection", assuming several service needs would be suggested. However, the only thing turned up was a need for two new tires, of which I was already aware. This, to me, speaks to the honesty of their diagnosis, and I would use them again. More
