Brad O'Dowd was the salesman I worked with and he was very nice and respectful and listened to what I had to say. I got a very fair amount on my trade-in and purchase price for the Fiat was very good. They operate on the basis of advertising their lowest price so there was no haggling and back and forth which I very much appreciated. I did the paperwork with Harold who was also very nice and helpful. I did have question about them not wearing masks and was told they only let no more 10 people in their (enormous) showroom at a time and wash their hands frequently. My husband and I wore masks and we were the only customers there at the time so I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Fulton Ford to anyone in market to purchase a vehicle and would return myself if I ever want another vehicle. I LOVE my Fiat. More

No oil change. Just disappointed that an oil change was not done on the vehicle before I bought it. I've never purchased a used vehicle where that was not done auto Just disappointed that an oil change was not done on the vehicle before I bought it. I've never purchased a used vehicle where that was not done automatically, so I assumed it was done and didn't even check until I got home and noticed that the " oil change indicator " was at 6% life. I then checked the dipstick and could tell by the color and smell that the oil hadn't been changed. I made an appointment at the local Ford dealer where I trade, and paid $39.27 to have the oil change and the vehicle inspected. I'm happy to say the vehicle passed the inspection with flying colors, and overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. If it wasn't for the vehicle not receiving an oil change I'd have given you 5 stars. More
