This is by far the best dealership I have been to and I have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. This was made possible because of the friendliness and time that the salesmen spent with me have been to many in the past month trying to find a car. He was very nice and knew his stuff very well. You could ask him anything about any vehicle and he would give a very detailed response. After my test drive I spent some time with Amine Reg going over more details of what I wanted. Amine was very friendly and helped meet all my needs. He knew exactly what I wanted, and made it possible considering I was being very picky. Not only did I purchase the car that I wanted, I also had help the next day through e-mail with follow up questions I had about the vehicle. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. You will get a quality vehicle that you will love, and you will deal with great people that is hard to find these days. More
Future Nissan of Roseville was wonderful when we purchased our new Altima. Jeremy Drebin was friendly and let us try out and take home vehicles that we were considering to see if they would fit in purchased our new Altima. He even produced the Ford next door so we could compare the 2 vehicles side-by-side. We were happy that there was no pressure, and the knowledge he had was first hand. This is not your "typical car salesman". We have always been satisfied with the service given at this dealership and continue to be amazed that they really care about your business and your car, whether used or when buying a new one. We left there with a beautiful vehicle with more features than we expected, a great color (hard to get at the end of the year), and the price was exactly what we told him we would pay "out the door" in the beginning. The Nissan Altima is a super vehicle and we have received many compliments. We recommend this dealership and Jeremy Drebin to anyone who wants to buy new or used. The Extended warranty guy was very rude and we almost walked out at the end of the deal but Adam and Fadi made everything right and we purchased the car. Great Experience. Great Sales guys Fadi & Adam. Only negative thing I can say is they need to can the Warranty guy, because his bad attitude will lose them deals. More

Then he neogitated the price with the finance guys so we didn't have to sit at the dealrship for hours. Wael got us the exact price we said we could afford for this car. Furthermore, Wael drove the car to my home and we signed the documents in the comfort of our home. How great is that!!! More

On Feb 25 2012, I negotiated with the dealer on 2011 Leaf at a fixed price $31750 by email/phone prior visiting the dealer. After I went to the dealer, there're lots of messed up and the price jumping up and at a fixed price $31750 by email/phone prior visiting the dealer. After I went to the dealer, there're lots of messed up and the price jumping up and down, back to negotiation table. At the end, I signed a Nissan 2011 leaf SL demo car for $31750 in a written contract with down payment and financing in place. It was late at 11pm, so I told them my wife will come with me tomorrow to pick up the car. I left with one key and contract in my hand. The dealer requested that I leave the other key with them, so that they can move the car. Next day when I went to pick up the car, Future Nissan(Roseville, CA) refused to give me the car, unless I re-signed a new contract with $1000 more. How is that legal? I refused and so they took away the contract and the car keys. The dealer said they will send me back the check, but so far I have not heard a confirmation from them about sending my check back. I was doing internet shopping and still wasted 11 hours. It's just not worth it. Legal letter sent to the dealership owner to collect my check and personal/financial info back. While writing this review, I also see this dealer posted fake reviews on this site and other sites, like sacramento.citysearch.com and maybe other sites as well. Those exceptional good reviews all pop up at the same time and you can clearly see most of the good reviews are showing up after 2011 June. Beaware! More
