This shop used to give me excellent service. I used to trust them and give a lot of great reviews. The last 2 times I have been in I feel I did not get good service at all. I went in for an oil change and the heat last summer cause the glue on my rear view mirror and my mirror fell, I requested it fixed. They told me to go to Safelite. Yesterday I asked them to look at the sensor for my rear tire as the signal has said it had 0 psi, for a week now. When I picked it up, first the girl said they reset it and if the light comes back on to bring it back. Then when I got in the car the light came back on, I told the girl and she said that they had rotated my tires and now the sensors have to "relearn" something?. I have been driving it quite a bit and it still hasn't learned anything. I told them I'm going to Montana in a week and feel very uncomfortable having any warning lights on. More
