If you are trying to avoid slimy sales people do not come to Buick GMC Vacaville. They put me in a BEAUTIFUL 2013 Buick LaCrosse with low miles. Let me explain to you their methods of getting you in a car outside of your price range. They WILL NOT work with you on the price at all, what they WILL do is adjust the rates to get the payment where you want them. Great, right? Wrong. Don't listen they are suckering you in. Allow me to elaborate. My dad and I were discussing financing with our sales person Paulo. He's playing the, "Let me talk to my manager" game, and my dad draws the line at $349 a month. He goes back to the manager, comes back, says, "I don't know how he did it, but congratulations." Oh no Paulo, I know exactly how he did it. They adjusted the rate to something they knew we couldn't get as opposed to keeping the same interest rate and coming down on the price of the car. Now, why? They knew they weren't going to move that car to us at a dollar over $349 a month, but maybe if I had already driven the car for a week my dad might budge. So they want to raise my rates by $13 a month. No big deal financially for me, the problem here is morally I don't want to support a shady business. So, of course I should just return the car and take my money else where. Wrong. They ran both my credit and my dad's credit through 10+ banks and murdered both of our credit scores. Now even with proof of income and a down payment I'm not going to be able to find financing any where else. Whatever, I want the Buick anyways and I know I'll be able to refinance in a few months. And this isn't Paulo's fault really, how am I supposed to know if he was already aware of this. He was actually pretty cool through the whole process. Steven, the financing guy was also pretty cool. The bottom line is I know the route they took to make this sale, and that's truly weak in spirit. I'm going in today, and they NEED to come down on this price and put my payments where I want them. At this point I have almost no leverage. I just hope now that they do the right thing. Would be 1 star if I wasn't treated so well by the staff initially, but when you have money in your pocket and you're here to buy a car of course everyone is going to be friendly. Here comes the true test, how professional will they be when they have my hands tied. More

Well I went in recently and the dealership went back on its promise and would not honor this program anymore and would not reimburse me any amount of money. I felt really cheated and lied too. More

But afterwards, your an annoyance if you need something fixed. Took my truck in several times under warranty for repairs. They failed to fix anything then give attitude to me. They won't return any calls. Had my truck for 2 weeks with not a single update or courtesy call. They told my my red toyota tacoma wasn't under factory warranty to sell me there's. I took it to toyota and they confirmed it still has a warranty for 40k more miles or til 2018. And they also told me my truck has been modified. But the salesman chris said it was bone stock. Liars cheaters and thiefs. More

This resulted in engine stalling and had very bad affect on starting and idle. 2. Service reported heater hose leaking and needed to be replaced. Hose was replaced but the new hose was connected to badly worn heater "T" fitting that was actual cause of leakage in the first place. This caused an overheat condition along with Vacuum leak. This Cadillac is a limousine and it cost me $300 in lost customer ,plus great embarrassment to myself and my business image. 3. I will not return to Vacaville Buick GMC, obviously their principal interest is not quality but quantity! More

This is my first car I have ever purchased and I feel like the other dealers sensed that and tried to take advantage of me, but you can’t B.S. a B.S.er ; - ) finally got fed up and went back to searching on google which then I found Vacaville GMC and even though they knew it as my first time, the sales guy actually started giving ME advice for what to look for and what to ask! I was really happy and when I called my parents to tell them what I just bought and for what, even my dad was surprised and said “that’s a real deal” I am really happy, this was my first buy and not my last, but this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship! I have family in the area that have purchased cars from Vacaville GMC and I came in for a test drive and drove home in a 1500 sierra. From the beginning to the end of the process the employees here were up Vacaville GMC and I came in for a test drive and drove home in a 1500 sierra. From the beginning to the end of the process the employees here were upfront honest and managed not to tick off my dad for once, I was dreading the moment my dad sat down to negotiate and hung out with my sisters outside.
